Ingredients
Potato(1 big)cut into small cubes,Mustard paste(50g),garlic 2 cloves(minced), tomato 1 medium size diced, green chill 1 long(cut in to small pieces), salt to taste, mustard oil 2 table spoon and coriander leaves to garnish.

Cooking Instructions
In a bowl mix potato cubes,mustard oil 1 table spoon, tomatoes, green chill and salt. Mix it well and keep aside.In a pan heat 1 table spoon of oil and add garlic minced. fry for 1 min and put the mixture into the pan.Cover the cooking pan with slow flame. after 5 mins stir the mixture and cover it again till the potato tenders.Remove the mixture to a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.Server it hot.Good to have with rice.

Similarly you can do dry prawns and mushrooms.
